they are probably just differing amounts of oxycodone and APAP, so as long as u don't overdo it, it's safe (enough)
yea, as long as u dont take like 6 of em at once, or more then like 8 a day . the 849 is a lil stronger but more tylenol.. i forget if its dont take more then 2,000 or 4,000 APAP a day .. but one has like 325 and the 2nd one 500 ,, i think .. don't take my word for it though just google it , thats wat i did
