Here's what it sounds like to me. You always use the same stroke and pressure when you jerk off. It's a common mistake. You found a stroke that worked and you stuck with it training your body to respond to only one type of touch. You got so used to your hand grabbing at a certain tightness and rubbing at a certain speed that now anything that isn't that doesn't get you off. In addition to laying off the choke hold on your dick, and ditching porn, have you tried working up to sex? Too many people just get to the actual sexing while glossing over the foreplay. While foreplay isn't necessarily required, it does go along way towards building that orgasmic pressure... Stop wanking it for at least 2 weeks and see where you stand then. Also make sure you take a piss before hand. No sense confusing the little guy, he can only do one thing at a time!
