Hello. I'm 20 years old I have a girl friend right now.
I really love her, and I really want her to feel GOOD when we have sex.
Obviously, it's easier for me to cum. She said she cumed only twice when she was with her ex.
Fortunately, i found the magical clitoris stimulation, so I can def get her to cum by rubbing her clit. I've never made her cum through intercourse though...
I want to improve my sex performance.

    THE REAL QUESTION:
What are some of the workouts that males can do to enhance their sex performance? (longer time until ejaculation, harder erection, better stamina, etc.... just ANYTHING that can help my sex)
*Any kind of personal experience with the workout would be AWESOME*

OR ANYTHING I CAN DO TO IMPROVE MY SEX???

Most women can't orgasm from penetration, get good at giving her oral and other methods and she'll always be satisfied.

I want to be the first to say it this time

    Communication

Try to make her orgasm solely via the medium of verbal communication, weekly meetings about the status of your relationship, expressing your feelings, dreams and hopes for the future

    Chics dig that

To improve your stamina and your erections, two things:

1- muscular approach: workout the PC muscles, the one involved in erections and ejaculations. You train them with Kegel exercise and you relax them with inverse Kegel.

2- Relaxation: more relax you are, the more you'll perform.

It's just about having sane habits in your sex life.
