    Anyone remember The Chilcot Inquiry?

When at the cowards who sent men to fight an unnecessary war, killing thousands of innocent people had to justify their actions/try their best not to uncover the truth behind the whole mess...

    Whatever happened to that?

Well, it has just been reported in the huffington post (UK) that The Sunday Times have reported that The Chilcot Inquiry into the Iraq War is about to release it's verdict, and Tony Blair is to be "castigated for his Iraq war decisions".

I certainly hope so. But where do we go from there? Should he/will he have to stand trial for war crimes at the Hague?

How brilliant would that be if that actually happened, and Tony "lying tory bastard" Blair got arrested and held in custody, and then sent to prison?:2thumbsup:

    Pleeaaaaasse make it happen!

Yes, I just read that article. Perfect timing with British public now so skeptical of their government. Blair blew it big time. In fact, if the Iraq dossier hadn't had so many outright lies that were inserted specifically to scare people that Iraq was ready to launch attacks with WMD, the US would never have been able to go to war.

It was those claims by the Blair government that were used by Colin Powell at the UN to convince our allies and the American Congress and public to support a war against Iraq.

And the secret agreement with Bush was undemocratic and potentially a conspiracy against American and British interests.

If Blair had been prosecuted earlier, perhaps the whole Libyan fiasco could've been averted.

You cannot BELIEVE what your gov't says, especially when it's rattling the war sabres.

Geoff Hoon (sp?) was the man who resigned over the lies, obviously he is not the only one responsible for them but he took the hit. Does anyone remember that Dr... Dr. something that "killed himself"? The one that did the weapons checks for the UN or something..? He started saying some things, maybe disagreeing with people and then he suddenly committed suicide in strange circumstances?

Tony Blair was set to be president of Europe not too long ago, before they realised he was hated globally so they brought in Van Rumpoy, or was it Barosa? Then he (Blair) was the PEACE ENVOY to the middle east, not sure if he still is. How blatant is it that you don't want peace when you make Tony Blair your peace envoy to the area he started a war with? Or revitalised a war with, I should say. I really would like to see him punished. When I say that, I don't mean he should be in prison, I mean I would actually like to see him being punished. Trouble is, he's a bloody high degree freemason and they don't seem to get punished unless they start doing nice things for people who aren't also freemasons.

The Libyan fiasco wouldn't have been averted, perhaps postponed but not averted. The real reason for invasion of Libya is because they were one of the few sovereign powers left who controlled their own bank, no central bank to do whatever the fuck its private owners wanted to do with the currency. Living standards and government public spending were pretty good in Libya, it sounded like a pretty awesome place. Can't have that, a population that's happy and educated and supported by their government instead of gradually dumbed down and sponged on.

I hate that guy. His face makes me sick with anger. Thanks for bringing this article up.

That's the one! That was some fishy shit right there! And I don't mean what you do in the morning after eating a seafood platter.

If anyone's into magic or anything like that could they please curse Blair's house and stuff like that? Do some voodoo on him and Cherie and brign wisdom to their kids so they can undo the evil their parents have wrought on the world.

Yes, Dr. Kelly was an obstacle to the plans of Blair and Bush to go to war against Iraq, and thus he was eliminated.

British MP tells it like it is:
    http://rt.com/news/iraq-uk-war-parliament/

    The Bilderbergers are ultimately responsible?
    http://rt.com/news/war-bilderberg-world-nato/

Yay! This British MP woould agree with this thread!
    http://rt.com/news/blair-iraq-war-corbyn/

There was the second part to a programme called "Iraq: Illegal war" or something like that on Russia Today today. It was full of ex-CIA and government, even present CI and government officials condemning the war and it picked apart the fallacious inteelligence that was used to start the war.

And there's all the people: watching X-Factor, watching shows about upper-middle class people buying houses in rural areas, wondering what their next hairstyle will be and stuffing their fat faces semingly against their will as they attempt to diet unsuccessfully. God,, it really makes you sick, doesn't it? How can they say nothing, think nothing and feel nothing about these kinds of things. We deserve a fucking nuke dropping on us by one of these "third world" countries.

It's like they will NEVER FUCKING CARE NO MATTER WHAT!!! BUNCH OF IDIOT SCUM AAAAAARGGGGGGHHHHHHHH FUCKING NUKE US PLEEEEWEASE

You're probably not serious about that but, if you are, surely a nuke would kill far more innocent people than those who are corrupt.

They are not innocent, they know about the war, they know it was started on a lie. They CHOOSE not to do anything about it. I'M TOO ANGRY TO BE REASONABLE ON THIS GRRRRRRRRRRR
