Hey everyone - we've been trying to figure out what we have been getting recently. Seems like forever since I've had the "real" deal. So, we aren't sure what this is, but it's "almost" but not quite. So, last night - It was 2 1/2 hours before we felt anything at all, but it settled in and became something interesting on the other side. First difference - no trip "up." It was nothing, then BAM. The peak was the bam, too - the peak was what a normal trip "up" would feel like as you're getting close - when the melting starts hard and you're body is filling with the intensity/tingling/heaviness and anticipation. Then,.... nothing for awhile, then it settled into something pleasant, but not "quite." Melty, yes. Trails, yes. Trippy - sure.... but.. .no loss of textural awareness - no music distortion (well, a few moments here and there... MOMENTS though... pieces of a song at best.) No problem distinguishing underwear from a towel from a blanket - or from a fork. No sense that we were "one" with anything. You know how you see a show and a person is tripping and how they skew the camera to make everything look traily/melty/patterny/duplicated/// like that, like you ARE that person - but no disconnections. It was VERY social. We ended up throwing Star Trek in. Star Trek rocked! OMFG - will never see that movie the same again. Super duper traily- best sense of music distortion from the movie.... voices got weird... at "moments" again, though - Stuff needs direction - there is no just experiencing it - it needs help - need something to focus on - like the movie. Music was ... almost boring most of the time - I think we got through 90-ish minutes total of our playlist. Started just around two and half hours in and went for 6-ish hours after that. Definitely NOT cid... but, something trippy... can't just sit around and wait for it, though. It only kicked in once we gave up on it and started going into a normal evening. It needed help/direction. I could see patterns at times, but ONLY if I focused and tried to imagine patterns... then they came. Any idea what the heck this was? It was on blotters.
Could have also just been a low dose of acid. Probably not DOx since it only lasted ~8 hours. Possibly a NBOME on blotter, I don't know how long those last. Lucy can be really different each time especially if you're mentally preparing for certain specific things and then you get a different dose and the effects are different, not as deep . . .
There have been several reports of LSD analogues reported lately (LSP, LSB, Pro-LAD, etc.) Based on your duration and description, it sounds like it could have been one of those compounds.
Thanks for the thoughts, everyone. "Not as deep," is a pretty accurate description. We just had to work too hard to make it happen. My experience has usually been, "no working necessary, it just is." Focusing to feel the effects seems counter-intuitive for this drug. We'll just have to adjust the way we use it. (It's great for movies!)
