Lol I think you are talking about synthetic coke? They used to have products that were labeled "bath salts" just like spike is labeled is a herbal incense. I tried one iut of curiousity and stupidity but it didnt do anything at all to me Bad idea to even try it lol.
No snorting regular bath salts will result in no effects, i think you are getting confused with certain chemicals sold as "bath salts" its just a label to avoid certain laws etc. Most of these "bath salts" are 4-mmc (mephedrone) & are cut to shit.
Could also be MDPV if its not 4-mmc, all the bath salts in my area are MDPV, I have only seen people source 4-mmc from online vendors. And I know 4-mmc is legal in my area.

4-mmc is not really like cocaine, effects wise id say its more similar to mdma. The only similarity it has to coke is its very moreish.

From all the reports I have heard it's suppose to be similar to meth or amphetamines....but many people have had bad experiences with it and some have ended up in the ER. The last I heard they are trying to get it pulled from the shelves here in socal.
Here in WV it's pretty much illegal I believe. A bunch of the local head shops have been busted for possessing and selling them.
Can you take the stuff while being tested on probation? I have taken mephedrone before it was ever marketed as bath salts. I didn't like it that much, i am just curious.
