Ha ha!!! He doesnt know his arse from his elbow. Its cos of people like him i think that you should have to apply for a license to vote. If you fail your voters licence you cant vote. Simples.
Not that we live in a true democracy but that would be very undemocratic. How about instead of a license to vote we just raise the living and education standards of people like him? Yes, that would do it!
Even in an ideal world i doubt its possible to raise education and living standards for absoloutely everyone though. Also, ive met well off toffee nosed oinks that arent as articulate as him and still come out with crap like him.
