And to get to the camp spot, I have to kayak 3 miles to the island. Eek. I'm a horrible kayaker and an even worse swimminer. Here's hoping I don't end up as shark bait!
yes on the life jacket...and make sure it aint no cheap one..the sharks like cheap ones dont go if youre on the rag either...sharks can smell a drop of blood from over a mile away
I made it alive! Took hours and I was jelly afterwords. It's pretty cool...our own secluded island. There's the craziest birds here, which make baby like sounds. Well, cooking some surf and turf. I did wear a lifejacket, albeit a kid's. An Bbad the only blood was from the steak.
