Once I started going naked and looking at myself in the mirror I decided it was time to lose some weight. I already worked out 3 days a week but I put the workout to better use. I began to lose weight which gave me motivation to lose more. I lost 25 lbs. and have a great, healthy, body. My nude ways helped me get and look great. Has this helped anyone else get a better body and become more healthy?
I looked in the mirror naked = oh dear! It was enough motivation I guess to think on how I could be attractive to a lover - I ditched the Bread, started on the Spinach, nuts, fruit and vegas snacks - complete a naked streching exercise each morning (helping stomach control) and get walking - It does make a difference - though as one gets older, it gets harder, - still - Resistance is not futile and though it's not a case of voyuerism, a little glance now and then keep me on my guard against falling back into bad habits
