Only smoke when you have no worries. lots of people get anxiety years later because of weed and not smoking it in the proper environment. If you are going to smoke make sure you are not worrying about getting caught for parents. Only smoke if you got at least 2 hours in a relaxed environment. Do not waste your brain energy and put yourself in situation where you worry. Killing your high and having to act sober and not just chilling and flowing with it it is unhealthy. Try to avoid drama and stressful situation also. stay in a positive environment and only smoke when your head is clear and only smoke when you feel comfortable with who you are chilling with. also do not feel the need to smoke a lot either. when you have a low tolerance only smoke enough to feel good. also do not smoke to be cool.
And dont forget to inhale after you take a puff and hold it in for ~5 seconds. I always wondered why i didnt get high my first few times and now im almost 100% sure it was because i wasnt inhaling.
yep smoking with any mental illness can make the illness worse. sure if you are high all the time and always got weed you will be fine but when you are not high the mental illness is going to be a lot worse. yeah. when you hit that pipe hit it very hard and deep into your lungs. make sure it burns a lot and after you finish that huge rip make sure you inhale a little bit of air deep into your lungs too and then exhale and you should cough for a long time with very intense coughs. if you take 4 to 5 of these huge hits with virgin lungs you are gonna get sooooooo high! yeah I went almost 7 months without taking a single hit and when I smoked again I did not even get that much higher feeling wise. like let me explain in detail. ok so this is before the 7 months. so like 4 bowls of weed to myself max out my high. if I smoke more than that, feeling wise I do not get any higher and my thc receptor max out how much thc they release. so smoking more than 4 bowls would just be smoking to smoke and be pointless and wasteful. also after smoking this long weed is not even trippy anymore. weed becomes a very mild relaxing high that makes things seem slightly more exciting but not mind blowing like when you first start smoking now I decide to go like 7 months without smoking. ok I take those hits. well dang 3 hits and I got as high as I used to smoking 4 bowls. so now it is the same high feeling wise as it used to but now I can smoke less and get more high. but now I just max out my THC receptors after 3 hits instead of 4 bowls. so now I can smoke less and spend less money and still get the same effect.
