On a recent amp binge I collected some not-to-well known info from the interwebs on extraction of deemsters. Could be talking out my ass but here's a theory on a new extraction from phalaris:

Phalaris is a poor source of deem because of all the defatting needed(chlorophyll/fat/oil content). With the water only tek I learned in plants DMT is already in salt form, which is water soluble. The bad stuff (chlorphyll, fat, oil) is not.

    Quick 'tek' writeup:

Break down the grass by heat and chopping up then soak in water for a few hours with stirring. Pour the water through a filter and you have DMT salt water which can be reduced to a smaller volume by boiling off excess water and poured into a glass cup. Basify to >10.68 ph (salted at 6.68 freebased at 10.68, source was a thread from nexus can't find it) while swishing around water in glass and you got some reasonably pure rocks collecting in the center.

If people started using this tek, judging by how much phalaris there is growing, there should be enough DMT for anyone who wants to do it. And it is interesting how so many people are recently becoming interested in this chemical. (probably from Joe Rogans somewhat ignorant but very motivational youtube videos on it hehe, show anyone those and they'll be interested before its over)

So: Will this extraction work? I registered here for an opinion of some others.
And also what are some other ways to break down the cell structure to get all the dmt(maybe slight acidic solution at start?). will just heating it to a high temp work sufficiently?
