    Hey everyone

So, i am on a terrible tangent from schoolwork and decided to post this.

A few months ago, towards the end of July, i was flying from Heathrow, UK to Newark Airport in New Jersey, USA. I had gone through immigration and was waiting to collect my bags. In my pocket i had one 30mg roxicodone pill in a small plastic baggie, that i had taken through customs and security in the UK, flown it 3000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean, and was now safely through security in the USA. However, as i was waiting for the baggage carousel to start moving and bring my suitcase from the plane, out of a side door, a border patrol agent along with a sniffer dog came into the baggage collection area. The agent was walking around amongst everyone waiting for there bags, and the dog was sniffing the bags. Needless to say i was very worried. The carousel started moving around and people were just starting to collect their bags.

The dog and the agent came up to where i was standing and i looked down at the dog, i looked it in the eyes and it began sniffing around my right pocket where the pill was located. After about 3-6 seconds the dog just sniffed at my pocket, and the agent pulled the dog away. Miraculously i was fine.

SO, what i am deducting from this experience is that the dog didn't even pick up the scent of one small pill. Has anyone else had any similar situations where a dog did not manage to pick up the scent of something?

flying from Pgh via Washington DC to Philly.. I had only a guitar, gig bag and 1/2 dozen pedals with carry on. I also had 60 Percocets mixed with 90 trazadones.. they picked up my pills opened them, put them all back inside and said have a nice flight..

Though all the electronics I had on me... that took a while..

haha. i bet that was a bitch after they unpacked all of it. did they pack it all back in correctly or fuck it up? And what shape were the trazadones? The same as the percs? lol that would be a lucky coincidence. At some pharmacies, on the label of the bottle, it gives a description of the pills inside.....which is fucking annoying because i USED to mix other similar looking pills in with my clonazepam.

yeah, Trazadones are the same size as Roxicets...

they picked out every pedal, but it wasnt bad.....

worst was this NUT getting out his seat in restricted air space over WDC and we spent an additional 45mins on the tarmac. how many other people wanted to kick his ass besides myself.. idk but they were PISSED..

The DC FRZ extends approximately 13-15 nautical miles (15-17 statute miles) around the VOR/DME located at the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.. passengers are instructed to stay seated til the plane land,, prior to take off at other airports, they let you know:if you have to use the restroom, do it now..

I did eat a couple once inside the WDC airport. the bathrooms are huge. You can have sex in them and nobody would notice, senator. ;p

Airports don't ever seem to be looking for drugs specifically, unless you're flying internationally, they seem much more concerned with bombs and such. I'm sure they would notice things like a bag of weed or coke, but as far as pills go they don't seem to care.

I have a script for clonazapam and focalin, and not once have they ever checked the pill bottles when I went through security. If they did, nothing would happen as I legally posses the pills, I would never risk going through air port security with something that I illegally possesed, but everytime I go through security and they don't even blink when my bag containing three pill bottles goes through I always think about how easily I could be carrying bottles of oxys or percs instead. The first time I ever went through with pills I expected them to at least pull the bottles out and eye ball them, but nothing happened then and nothing has happened since.

Think about how many people that travel use medication of some sort. It would take all day for them to open them up and check to see if those are really whats supposed to be in their. Im sure if they saw the pill bottle with some fluffy nugs in their it would be a different story ha. But ya before i even realized how much trouble you can get in with pills, i was about 16 or 17 visiting my sister and i put about 10 80 oxys in with my prevacid and i had no problem whatsoever.

I landed in Helsinki airport once. I thought about sticking a small blim up my ass for the three days I was there, but I bottle it and flushed it down the toilet.

Good job I did as well. As I was leaving the luggage area with my sack a sniffer started following me, and I got pulled over and searched. They took my bag away and I got questioned while the guy looked through my hand luggage.

    Old thread, but:

Unless you have stupid amounts, scripts are probly all good. Generally better to have them in a bottle though. IDEALLY with your name on it... and for the correct drug, but meh, details. The dog smells lots of oxy, if you had strait opium or heroin it would probably tell, because of the other scents. But one pill is easily enough for it to smell if it had its nose at your pocket, and maybe enough to make it curious, but it obviously didn't give it's alert or you would have been checked.

^ ya. Again, bump for this old thread, i was flying AGAIN from Newark to Heathrow and in my backpack that i had my laptop, ipod, a magazine, and charging cables, i also had a script for 120 1mg klonopins, they are my script, but the security didnt even look twice. Basically i think u can throw in any pills u want into a pill bottle with your name on it and youll be good. Shortly before leaving for the airport i got VERY high on some dope, so i was a little worried about seeming out of place, stumbling around the terminals, searching for my gate. All went well though. But now those days are behind me!
