It depends on yuor location and sources. Some dealers of tar sell 1/110th gram bags, but in most places it's a 1/8th gram(125 mg approx), 1/4 gram, 1/2 gram, gram and so on..
here in texas its generally 10$ for .1g or 100$ for a gram. gets a little cheaper if you buy more than a few grams but thats besides the points. and when you get it its just in a piece of plastic or a little baggie. hope that answered your question.

Not quite equal price wise gram of tar vs. gram of powder are different depending on the location..Powder costs more in the west(SA #4 powder), than tar does..Tar in some places sell for $50-60 a gram or $80-100 per gram for better qulaity tar, and in the same area, like Dallas, A gram of good SA#4 powder dope sells for $200 a gram +..
In Idaho it will be almost 99.9% tar..Most places west of texas get tar or mexican brown powder on occasion(mostly Arz. and NM) and Denver gets powder of some type normally..St.Louis, New Orleans, Memphis and a few other places near the Mississippi river get powder, and SA#4 is available in some citys in Texas like Dallas,etc.. for $200 a gram or so,, and on rare occasions Seattle might get some #4 SEA from Vancouver, although this almost never is sold on the streets..
