Bringing up a friends with benifits proposal?

I have been friends with this one girl i know for like 5 years, we hang out all the time and everything. Well to the point I want to get with her, nothing serious just fun sex. I just dont know how to bring up the conversation any ideas?

 

I know of only one way to do it, in spite of the fact it is difficult for me: by exposing myself to rejection. Good luck to both of us. I have a feeling we`re gonna need it.

I don't know if i am ready to lose her because shes my only friend. The only thing is I been having these feelings towards her lately and I dont know how much longer we can be friends.
