Hi everyone, I investigated getting dreads a while ago and decided it wasn't time yet. Now I'm coming back to the idea and I remember reading something last time that I can't find any references to online. I can't remember where I saw this, but someone said you could make dreads by giving yourself hair wraps. You know, when you tie string around the outside of a bunch of hair. I know people often do this to help dreads tighten up/look nice before they get really natty. But would it work for turning non-dreads into dreads? In case it makes a difference [and I'm sure it does], I'm a white boy with straight hair. Thanks, Moose
it's a shitty idea. think about the physics of it man. if you want something to knot up, why would you bind it from moving?
That's what I did, it's the only way. Keep us updated, you'll need a timeline with daily pictures, to chronicle the rapid progress this excellent method produces. You'll have fatties in no time :2thumbsup:
