Has anyone else seen this???? I think it is hilarious. I've noticed alot of members on this sight are from the U.K. and was wondering what English people think of Ricky Gervais and Karl Pilkington. I think that the show is brilliant, and never takes itself to seriously. Just wondering how the other side the pond views Gervais and Pilkington???? Help......
I really, really don't like Ricky Gervais but I have just started watching an Idiot Abroad (the first two parts) and I think it's brilliant.
Seen a couple of episodes since I'm a big fan of anything Gervais does. It's hit and miss, some episodes are good, but it can also be kind of boring as well, like when he went to Jordan. With Carl Pilkington, he's not so funny on his own, you need someone like Ricky to really expose as an idiot, that's where the real laughs come from.
It was a pretty funny series, I liked it. Also enjoyed Ricky Gervais' ''Guide to'' audiobooks with Pilkington and Steven Merchant, they were funny as hell. He doesnt always get it right though, his movie ''The invention of lying'' was really quite terrible. I barely made it to the end....
