I know a lot of you didn't listen to pantera but Dimebag Darrell former pantera and current member of damageplan was shot and killed a half hour ago. He was an awesome guitarist. I cant get the link in since I have mozilla. search it google. Really sad.

man, I'm getting an upset stomach. I'll smoke a joint in memory of Dimebag. Any word on the other member of Damageplan who was killed? I hope its not Vinnie. That'd just be too much.
Its a heartbreaking thing to hear. Dime and Pantera as a whole were a huge part of my growing up in middle school and high school. So tonight I and the commune will be blazing up in his memory, to as Phil put it "Bury me in smoke"....hope to hear your music again Dime, in another place and another time....

I heard Vinnie was also shot but he is still alive...weird thing is, this was on the 24th anniversary of John Lennon's death. He was shot in front of his apartment on Dec. 8th 1980

Dimebag was shot several times at point blank range. Authorities say that after Darrell went down he turned the gun on the crowd killing a security guard trying to save Dime (Mayhem) and two fans. An officer arived and took down the man bringing the total death count to 5 leaving 2 others wounded. I dont know who got wounded, but I've been just reflecting on this shit all day and it fucking sucks. There are no words for it. Dimebag Darrell Abbot was a good man and... Theres just nothing to say.
