This is pretty much a shot in the dark but if there's an IBM office around you then you could try there. At least here where I live, IBM can't discriminate based on sexual orientation.
Ok. “VERY LARGE TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATION” Had stopped employment conversations with me after they had discovered my transgender past. ... And list of others. I can enlist them here after juridical help from any LGBT organization. About 75 software development companies totally. At least half of them had applied discrimination on me evidently. According Paragraph 19 of Russian Constitution and Paragraph 136 of Russian Criminal Code discrimination (and sexism) is illegal and should lead up to five years of jail. But nobody cares nowhere, never. And companies discriminating people by gender, and/or LGBT attachment at public (just take a look at the Russian HR websites, they publishing “males only” vacancies) and other manner. Also I have several other issues with big software companies related to my LGBT attachment, and they are crimes against me. Also I got four rejects on unqualified jobs such as "cleaning women" without any explanation. And a lot of other unexpected rejects in places where my qualification was quite enough. Because discrimination is a crime I am scared to discuss that matters among the community fearing that criminals. I need juridical help. Any employment or money to live. Please HELP ME !!!!!!!! PS: because “VERY LARGE TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATION” can not control her regional Russian office, without juridical help I AM SCARED TO BE KILLED among Russian anarchy controlled by criminals with their big money.
