How long is THC detectable in saliva?

So today I went to my job interview at a grocery store for a courtesy clerk position and I was hired on the spot, the only catch was that I needed to take a saliva test. Luckily I had to go to my friend's graduation so I used that as an out. I now have to go back Monday morning at 9 and take the test.


I have a 5 day window of time to not smoke, plus a couple hours Monday morning before I take the test. I'm an everyday smoker. From my research, I've read that THC is not detectable in salvia from a couple of hours to a couple of days, so I'm pretty sure I'm in the clear. I just wanted to ask and get a direct answer.

Any help and answers would be really appreciated.

If I remember correctly, it goes away in a few days, and you said you have a 5 day window, so I think you'll be good.

 

unless you really, really need this job, you should refuse to take the test. absolute bullshit.

 

Yeah it sucks but I really do need it.
