hey guys i know this most likely been discussed through out this forum but i was wondering why for me tbh when havin sexua intercourse with my wife, tht at times i lack energy to even keep going and i jus cum within 6 mins or so instead of try and lasting longer if try hard, wht worse is my wife always tell me to go fast, now my problem is if i go fast ill alwys end up= cum quicker, and tht most likely happens, sometime i dont have the energy to even go longer than i really should, dont get me wrong i love sex but i feel there something wrong with me, tht my legs ache, tbh i do the most work, anyone ever had this type of similar experience
Could be stress, age or just a slump your going through. Could also be that sex has become too routine and you need to "spice" it up a bit. Talk to your wife. Also excessive can help in the stamina department for both you and your wife.
No energy could be a few things. Sleep apnea is a bitch for sucking the life out of you. Vitamin deficiencies and Thyroid can do the same thing. Get checked out, if sex is that much of a chore but you still enjoy it...something is wrong. See a doctor.
1- i hit the gym all the time well 5 times a weak, it could be vitmain defiancy tho my diet is strict and in check, so i doubt tht now, ill prb do need to go get and checked up
