    Any ones that really work and are safe and provide permanent results? I'm more interested in girth. I know about the exercises too but I'm lazy so I'm looking for pills..I'm 4.5 in circumference.. so if I gained a half inch to an inch that'll be all I'd need..

    Yes there are several brands that will do what you want. They have them in the vitamin section right next to the Brooklyn Bridge deeds.
