Various concerns with my grow 5 weeks into flowering

Hello I am 5 weeks into flowering and im starting to get a little worried alot of the lower leaves are turning yellow and dieing, the wide fan leaves around mid height on the plants have turned yellow; however the leaves on the colas and close to them are for the most part fine.

My other concern is little black bugs there isn't to many I exhaust into my addict so I think they got in from there as soon as i noticed i made sure i cleaned up all the dead leaves and put a bug net over the ducting that exhausts there isn't to many of them but Im afraid of them breeding in my grow tent I'm not sure weather or not they are harming the plants to give my best description they are black peanut shaped a little thinner very small with two visible small wings.

Another concern is some of the leaves on the colas themselves on three of the plants the tips have curled and turned yellow and bridle. im just worried that after 15 weeks the grow is going to be a bust if anyone has any insight into any of these problems please let me know. I feel bad always coming to this community asking for help and I don't really have much to contribute but I'll try to do what I can. To any who have any words of advice think they know the reason for these problems <3 and thank you for reading

 

lower leafs being to wilt when flower in a 5weeks time.. more wilting will come, but it shouldn't be wilting near the bud sites..

brittle bud tops sounds like: light frying.. Hot tops, or dry tops. Not enough humidity impo...

fungus gnats. get sticky trap...
expensive fix :Neem Oil.. $$$? unknown @this time..

House and Garden Insect killer from family dollar=walmart/ light quick top the soil each pot/ DO NOT SOAK IT, test: Enough to mist your hand.. insect is easily killed.

 

Thank you for the response I didn't explain it to well there the small leaves that stick out of the colas even the lower ones not the bud itself they looks perfectly fine its the small leaves that stick out of them that the ends curled and turned yellow on a few plants is there any easy way to increase the humidity? you think there fungus nats? I don't really see any fungus in the grow tent and tonight I did a through job of removing the dead leaves so I got a pretty good look in the grow space but regardless Im sure garden insect killer will take care of them. orison I can't thank you enough your always helping me out

 

fungus gnats just need a little bit of moist soil to breed. Its just a name, not taken overly literal

meaning you dont have fungus problems also.... they are normal insects to visit healthy grows, nothing to be concerned about..

you can mist the plants a little, but some strains have a funky top anyways.. Tops are not centerfolds all the time..

but check heat and lamp burning hot stops.

 

will do Its stavia dominant tangerine dream I did various cuts to the main stem in veg so there are many bud sites on each of the plants. I wish i could post pics but one I dont have a decent camera and two it seems risky... I'm not sure how to describe the bud sites they are pretty much straight horizontal if that makes sense I'm very new to growing. And wow at that pick thats pretty crazy looking is that one of those ruderalis strains? or maybe its just the picture

 

What you feeding your plants on? What the npk rating. What kinda light are you using and the distance? What are day/night time temps. As said a little yellow in early to mid bloom of the lower fan leafs is kinda normal but dont like sounds of yellowing and clawing tips on some of your heads maybe your over doing the bloom food have you flush or leeched them?.

 

To rock losbster question i use roots organics feed every other day with clean water Im using 400 hps. and Im doing 12 dark 12 light so i dont know that know what flushed or leached means sorry but thanks your help sorry was really drunk when i responded to this so probably didn't make much sense i tryed to correct best i could
