Yes, it is very true that Hinduism is a religion that teaches people not only to cope with the world but to know something beyond this world. About Hinduism people often think it is the oldest religion but i must say every religion is a thought or a Philosophy of people's experiences and teaching so there is no oldness and newest. Apart from that Hinduism is only a thought that gives enough room for all the thoughts or religions. A religion that is wise and teaches people so much about positive living. Hinduism is not only about Bramha, Vishnu and Mahesh but their inter-relationship. For example take an atom and study what are the components that you find in it? they are Electron, Neutron and Proton and these three components makes an element. Now, in hinduism people say god is omnipotent and is present in every corner of the world and so is atom. Now compare between other religion and their thoughts, what did they say, they say it is the god or the almighty that has power to change our lives and helps us live with positive energy within. Yes 'energy' is the word that we might want to focus on and in hinduism they say that 'No leaf of a tree can move by itself without the will of the God', so what moves it the energy. Just to Keep it simple take an example, like science says that when some object isn't moving it consists of Potential energy and when it moves it has kinetic and that verifies that every object living or dead consists of energy whether moving or still and so is god. Now let's compare Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh in three different aspects of our Karma, and i.e. Karta (Subject), Karya(object) and Kritya (final work done). Now let's see how it is related to our day to day life, for example we go out in a park we see many thing going on around and we analyse it in our own perspective. So now let's compare it to Karta ( one that goes out), Karya (walks in the park and observes many things around them) and Kritya (analyses all the things done or seen through eyes). So this is how three power exists in our day to day life and by knowing these things and becoming Nimitya(just the observer) we can live our life in more positive way and this is what Hinduism and all religion wanted to teach us. As far as i know religion are never about Krishna, Jesus, Jews etc but is is about thoughts on how people look into the world and which thought they may like to follow according to their limitations. Some say that it's a matter of going beyond what we call 'thought' in the ordinary sense, into a kind of direct knowledge, intuition, jnana. But obviously, some basis in thought, or even philosophy is useful, and in this respect, Indian philosophy is very rich and diverse, managing to avoid the 'one-size-fits-all' approach of many religions.
