In case you wonder what all those atom smashers do, here is one of their less known purposes, to discover new elements. I wonder why they feel the need to create new, ever more radioactive elements that don't seem to have applications outside of the nuke industry apparently. But I'm no expert. http://iupac.org/publications/pac/pdf/asap/pdf/PAC-REP-10-05-01.pdf
"I wonder why they feel the need to create new, ever more radioactive elements that don't seem to have applications outside of the nuke industry apparently." You have to justify the massive costs somehow.
I doubt these elements will have any application within the nuclear industry, since the nuclei are so unstable that it would be very difficult I imagine to use them as a source of power. I see no harm in advancing our understanding of nature by doing this. I was quite interested to hear they had discovered/created two new elements.
The instability of the atoms of these man made elements from what I know give no practical applications. I don't know for sure though.
Gees, I knew about that on my second acid trip. It still amazes me that they still haven't seen the elements beyond 114 through 142. And they still don't know about the multi dimensional elements that fold out from themselves looking like the transphases of the mirror replications from within a kaleidoscope. Still yet they know nothing of transphasing. Then, what would you expect from a people who have no true hypothesis on time, gravity, or even the variable speeds of light, speed depreciation (of light, of course), and light dilation (well they do know a tiny bit on this one.). Best Regards, Kenny
Shuuuush! Don't tell them! :banghead: They'll only turn these magnificent liberating concepts into self-destructive weapons. They're not ready for them, nor will they ever be. Thus, we cannot save the race of degenerating humans from their own destruction. Move on, nothing to see here, just another wrecked planet....
Yeah, I agree with you. Shuuuush! Although sometimes it is just so frustrating that I can't help to advance humanity into it's future, even faster. All of the things that could be. Did you know that there is already a woman scientist who is making light beams stop in a tube in near absolute zero temperatures? Yet, still with proof on film that has already aired on TV, no physicist has come out to state that the speed of light is not a constant. This is unbelievable. It's been demonstrated now over and over again. Then, allow me to be the first. "The speed of light is not a constant." I'm the first officially. My problem is that I want to solve for antigravity and create flying saucers, but as you say they will only be used as weapons and death. Of course even to get started and to get funding to ever do anything like that would never get funded in the U.S. One would have to go to some totalitarian government to get the needed funding. Possibly a totalitarian government that has money and may not or may be an alley of the U.S. Without regard it would still eventually be turned into a weapons and death. From throwing a rock to the Wright brothers, it's always the same.
No-one ever doubted that, or not for a long time. It depends on relative permittivity of the medium through which it is travelling, same as every other traveling waveform.
You aren't officially the first. http://www.google.com/search?q=spee...ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&sourceid=ie7&rlz=1I7GGLL_en You're not even catagorically in the original.
