First off, is there an opana ER 75mg opana pill? Because I got an orange circular pill that said O-M on one side, and 75 on the other. I have read that when snorted opana is 3-4 times stronger than oxycontin. So I did a 14 mg line and got no affect.. I'm not sure why, but it didn't do anything to me. The next time I did the whole rest of the pill up my nose. I didn't get a euphoric feel but more of a fucked up sleepy pill, and within two hours I passed out for about five hours. So is this really opana (oxymorphone) or a fake pill?? Also this pill burnt more than any other pill besides ecstasy that I have railed. Thanks, E-dubble
Opana comes in only 5, 10, 20, 30, and 40mg doses. the pill you took is another quasi-opioid known as tapentadol.
LOL, i was about say had you really snorted 75MGs of Opana, you wouldnt have taken 2 hrs to fall asleep. Depending on your tollerance for opites, its even possible you might not have woken up, but im guessing you have a tollerance. Shame you didnt have Opana, you might have liked the buzz.
yeah man i've never heard of this before .. and i've been on an opana binge the past few months.. but take it from the above posters who get prescribed em .. if they don't know of it, i doubt it either
Yes. It is new. It is called Nucynta (Tapentadol). It is a weak opioid with additional serotonin-activating properties. It is essentially an analogue to the more active metabolite of Tramadol (called O-Desmethyltramadol). Thus, it is like Tramadol! (ie: fun, but not as fun as real opioids like the Opana you mentioned!) As for strength, I read just now, that 50mg Tapentadol is equivalent to about 15-20mg of Hydrocodone. So, it is not worthless, but it is not anywhere near as strong as Oxycodone, Oxymorphone, Fentanyl, and such.
