Absentee wife, what to do?

I am maried to an middle aged hippie chick that is absent from home for up to six month per year.
She goes home to her cabin in the bush (1000 miles from our/mine home)
and does her thing.
Calling me, e-mailing me and sending handwritten letters proclaiming her love.
She said she is not seeing anyone there, however I met at least one of her old girlfriends/lover and last year seen a pic of a wellknown lesbian in her bed.
I want the marriage to work and am reluctend to step out on her.
Sometimes I don't know anymore what to do.
What is your take on this?

 

If she's stepping out on you for six months at a time just to "do her thing", she's probably not interested in you anymore and is just keeping you around for convienence.

What I was aking is how to remedy this situation since I want the marriage to work.
We have many common interests (rare to find in most woman) and the sex is great when we are together.
She is a big help in my business and a all-round good person.

Have you tried going with her on one of these 6 month trips?

 

Two possibilities:

1. get your own cabin (and possibly the bush to go with it)
2. get the hell out of dodge
