I'm lonely.

Gee I thought that I would get a lot of people saying YES! I'm in. Lets all write a book together. Wow. Cool.

 

Hey there group!,
Well, we're finally home in Orygun (actually got home 5 days ago but have been real busy). Our place is completely over grown and, of course, there is the forest detritus that accumulates after every wind storm that blocks all the paths and driveways; all of which needs to be cleared before one can even begin to start other projects i.e. gardens, mowing the pasture etc. But, hey, it's great to be home!
So we were not able to do as much visiting on our trek home as we had planned. The price of gas (as you know) went up by over a buck a gallon between the time we had anticipated our journey and the actual departure date. As a result we weren't able to do all the roaming around on our return trip and we didn't get to see Kidd, Leo Ron, Sag Darrel and some others; sorry! However, we did get to see Kenny (albeit briefly) and spent the better part of two days with Ranger. Brother Ranger is a pleasure to carry on a conversation with; a store house of knowledge and a bunch of fun yucks!
So, Wickwah and Sheila are coming to the Fair; YEA! It's been a long time, Chris, It'll be great to spend some time. Hey everybody, it's the best Hippie party ever!
Kenny, I think your laying out an outline for the book "chapters/episodes" is brilliant! I mean, hell, isn't that what Sister Mary Holywater admonished us to do prior to writing a paper? Organization and itemizing is the key to moving forward, and compiling a list of episodes/stories is the way to get us thinking. Is your list set up so that others can add to it so as to increase the thought fodder? I, for one, am very interested is writing some of the tales. Now I just have to get going and do it; any other takers??

So glad that you two made it home safe and sound. I hope you both take a day or two relaxing first be fore you "go to town" on the place. Sounds like a lot of work.

It was wonderful to see you two and to take a stroll in the desert full Moonlight. We miss you both. I do hope that Mary Jo and I can run away to fairyland in the second week of July. Who knows at this point. Would be great to see Chris and others too.

So, very glad that you guys and Ranger got to hang out for a couple of days together. So Cool. He needed it for sure.

Yes the click through to the web page book list is just a compilation of short story working titles for a book. It's in no particular order, however if somebody sends me some new titles to add I do place them on top of the list.

Down the road I would like to move things around and get everything into sort of a chronological order for a book layout. A few things might have some consistency that way.

Yes, we are adding stuff, Like as much as makes sense. If two much, then what about a second book or two volumes?

My thought is to show the pieces of the developing project to each other of us as it grows. Put it on my webspace for only us to see and read. Watch it grow.

 

wow! the book idea is moving along, although i haven't been able to read the chapters you have sent out yet Kenny....this is the first time I have been able to get to this forum from home...the signal usually is pretty bad. Well, the update on Ranger is they are moving him again tomorrow to a skilled nursing facility back up in Prescott, same area as the hospital where he had his surgery. He is procressing slowing and the one he has been in wants fast results...so this new one is suppose to work more slowly but I'm leary as I worked as a cna for years in those facilities and know what happens in those places....the reason I went into private home care... but at this point Ranger still can't walk or get up to walk and then not well. Once his rib cage knits back together he will be able to use his arms to push himself up but that will still be awhile...there is no way I could lift and transfer him by myself...it now takes two ppl. I also won't be able to go into town to see him very often because of the gas costs and at this time I have no idea if they even have phones in the rooms...but here's where he will be taken to tomorrow at 1:30...Las Fuentes Care Center in prescott...phone # 928-778-9603 ....I will try to have more info later on...

Hi ppl,
I always thought bad things came in threes, well they come in fours and fives also.

When we returned from our fishing expidition after sinking our new boat, my mother in law went into the hospital with her blood sugar in the 600s, she is 88. They finally got her stablized yesterday but she is very weak and disoriented. She is recovering. Lynn has still got symtems of E-coli and is feeling low and his feet are sore and it makes it hard for him to walk.

My dear sweet sister is now in stage four, pancreatic cancer and is in great pain and unable to keep food down. This is the wrost disease the universe has ever produced. Damn the universe.

On top of everything else, my grand daughter calls and wanted to come over and for me to take her to the store for a PREGNANCEY test and yes it's official she's pregenant, not married and still in high school. I'm fixin' ta be a Great Grandmother inna bout 8 months. At least she's 18 and not 13. Bittersweet.

This is Life, raw and real. Whilst riding an emotional rollercoaster one should always buckle up bc things are bound to get bumpy. We think we got it under controll untill some one or some thing comes along and pisses in our oatmeal.

I cannot be selfish and think 'this is happening to me' All these things are happening around me yet they affect me bc they are happening to the ones I love. The ppl who mean the most to me in my life.

I will try to be here a little more next week. My sister starts another round of radiation on her lymph node in her neck ( a new tumor) the following week so I will be out of pocket for two weeks. It is causing her horriffic pain so they are going to nuk it, not to cure but to ease the pain. The oxycotin stopped working.

The only constant thing is LOVE everything else fades away. Life comes and goes, ppl change, they age and nothing stays the same. We are always evolving in to something else as circumstance arise to change our course. Our views shift as the passing of time teaches new awakenings and surfacing in certian stages in life. We are bound to them, we have no choice but to have the experience.

We come into this demention kicking and screaming, we go to the next demention the same way, kicking and screaming. Between the kicks and screams we briefly have a glimps of The Divine. We have Emotion and we LOVE, we love deeply and compleatly.

Love is foremost in being a Human Being. It sets us apart from the animals, the critters that inhabit the earth alongside us. Except for monkeys and wolves most wildlife do not love their offspring after they're grown and will even attack them when they are adults. They become compitition after that I suppose.

The Mysteries of the Universe. We can only guess Why, we can only Hope there is an Afterlife, another plane after physcial death where there is no pain or disease, no loneliness or dispare, no poverty or crime. That could only be in another time and place bc it isnt life as we know it now.

The is no opposit of Life. Life is Eternal. Birth and Death are opposits and so, that brings us back to Hope a cruel misstress. She strips you of your dignaty and you become a slave to her, leaning on Hope to get you through a trumatic situation. She is false and uses trickery to bind you to her with a gamble. It is Love that keeps us going.

Love is Divine, nothing that is not of Love can touch it. It is the most powerful emotion there is. Love knows no bounds and remains even after physical death occures. Love finds a way to enter into even the darkest places and shines.

There is no stopping Love, it is all consuming, addicting everyone that it has touched. We crave love like a junkie craves another fix. Once Love has touched you and you have tasted the sweetness of it you want it all the time. The ones without it seem to lose their way and are lost to understanding what Love is.

Love feeds on itself. The more Love you give the more Love you get. Sharing the Love is what makes it stronger and it grows bigger and brighter the more you share it. It balances out all the negitivity That the non- lovers create.

So, Go out and share the Love

I'm still trying to imagine what I can write back to Chris about Brad and his family. Nothing that I can begin to think of can help. And to Chris about his own health, as well.

Now, I see that Cakes world has fallen to shit. And worse.
I can try to say comforting things and feel it from my heart but that does very little to help someone in the middle of the real situation. We're in a tough space. It's hard to reach out with the right things. That is where being an individual in this life leaves you suffering in your loneliness. If we only all had psychic abilities and we were all total empaths, there we might find some solace. Another life may be that way but not the here and now.

All that I can really say on do for Chris and Brad and his family and Cakes and all of her family and for others is that my tears and my heart and my love strain and break for you.

Life is like that. What to say, what to do. Where to start. It all starts in your Heart, your Loving heart, your Emotional heart. Words are never quiet complete when you're at a loss for them. The feelings are there but the words just dont seem to cover what you feel.

The best we can do is listen and be there in times of need and to lend ourselve beyond the norm for the ones we love and that count on us for our caring. Just the caring gets you through the door. It gives you strenght and a reason to carry on. It's the Human Condition. We all need oneanother to get through the door. It's Majick and we all pocess it.

I know it can be frustrating, bordering on heartbreaking, to want to have something "helpful" or "constructive" to offer when someone we love has life's shitwagon dumped on their front steps.

Speaking as one who has been there, but ain't in it at the moment, I believe that just knowing brothers and sisters from our "family of choice" are standing with us matters a bunch.

I too, send love and hugs. And the gentle reminder of what we all know. If we keep putting one foot in front of the other one, we do walk through stuff and move on.

This too shall pass.
