If freedom is one of the main topics
    This country was founded on
    Why are we today told
That so much good is forbidden?

When you don't use something you eventually will forget you had it. World leaders goals are to slowly make us forget to the point where you need to pay a tax to walk down the street to get your fucking mail.

I feel really sorry for the children just being born what they are going to have to put up with.

    I certainly hope they won't

I believe in the Art Of Progress

It takes power by numbers, people! (And non-violence always helps our strivings towards a better freedom as well)

I'm just using it as a random example.

A lot of people i know off the internet complain, argue, and debate about how bad things are with their country. Then they go home and don't do fucking anything about it. Its mind-boggling really. Even in public its like everyone has to keep quiet, we don't want to stir up something.

I've lost count how many times i've been told i'm crazy, or people walk away for speaking my mind on my beliefs simply because most of the time the truth is too much to handle.

A LOT of people seem to enjoy living in bliss thinking they are free then pay 30% of their yearly wages on taxes.

    Fucking wake up you coward.

Part of the key is rallying the people and then refusing to be taken advantage of by power by numbers, and refuse to be controlled

I'm not trying to start a riot, I'm trying to use a voice to fix some really, really bogus laws

Your voice matters. Eventually you gather enough because people realize they are not alone and before you know it a dozen turns into a hundred then it becomes a thousand.

They just have to stand their ground and not walk home the first time they are told too.

    I'm with ya brother.

Depends what you mean by ‘freedom’ – for example to many on the right ‘freedom’ can mean having the freedom to exploit (from materials to people) without hindrance from ‘big’ government regulation or interference (such as anti-pollution laws, workplace heath and safety regulations and social programmes that ‘distort’ the employment market).

They don’t mention that agenda but sell the package to the gullible by stoking up paranoia about ‘big government’ stealing the ‘peoples’ freedoms.

Now I’m not saying all ‘government’ is good but I am saying people should be wary of a crocodiles tears.

  9. Yeah, freedom to one man is another man's shackles.

To me, freedom is the right for any man to do what he wills, as long as it does not infringe on the rights of another. As long as that principle is adheard to (which it currently isn't) then there is freedom.

For example, a country that represses your sexual identity is not free, as that is infringing on my rights of sexual expression.

However, lets say a country has complete sexual freedom, yet there is still a lot of discrimination. In law I am free, but I will still be beaten up and abused for my sexual prefrences. That country is not free either, as my rights are being interfered with. In that instance, it is right to use the law against the abusers, for they interefered with my rights.

The law should be used to protect people's freedoms, as long as they don't interfere with another man's freedom.

Of course not, the rich are supposed to pay for it.
