smoked some hash, saw some hot air balloons land, dug on nature a little bit, ate a grilled cheese sandwich. today was a good day, just like the kind of day ice cube always envisioned.
That I showered and shaved last night so all I had to do was brush teeth and wash up a bit and off to work. That gave me an extra 30 minutes of sleep, plus a snooze.
I haven't been awake long enough for anything good to happen, but I'm watching The Price Is Right, which is always good, so I guess that counts.
It's like 32 degrees celcius (I dont know what that is in american, but its nice and hot! ) and sunny here. I got to leave my shitty ass cubicule for 20 minutes to go walk in the park across the street. The sun felt nice. So far this is the best thing that happened to me today.
That's 90 degrees fahrenheit. It's 94 degrees fahrenheit here, and it fuckin sucks. On the upside, I just ate 4mg of alprazolam
The next two day's high will be 100, I don't even wanna know what the heat index will be. Nothing is worse than 115 heat index in New Orleans where the buildings allow no breeze and every inch of shade is taken up. SUX!
I dont know where you live, but over here, since its cold or rainy 9 months out of the year, we know better than to complain during the warm sunny days.
Imagine working 12-hour shifts, 6 days a week, in a warehouse that is ALWAYS 110-120 degrees. That was my last job. I live in Georgia(hence the letters under my username "D.S.G.B." = Down South Georgia Boy). AKA "The Dirty South", "The Bottom Of The Map", etc. It's either VERY humid or extremely dry heat; never in between. As I just finished telling a female friend of mine, I miss the cold already. I'm ready for fall and winter. I'd much rather be freezing my ass of, instead of sweating my nuts off. I need mah nuts:tongue:
lol i didnt know that acronym. I don't know that we have the same definition of ''winter'' though. I'm talking -40 haha. Man I wanna go to the southern states big time. Probably the area I have the most interest in.
I hear that. I hate this southern heat. At least in Texas its a bit drier. The humidity here kills me. I have a feeling we gonna get a hurricane this year. Its gonna suck.
Personally, I think I'd prefer to be in between extreme humidity and dry heat. They both lick donkey taint.
