It is simple. Don't think of Christianity as a man made religoin...it's not. Catholics and the Vatican are man made, and in fact Lucifer, though it's a front in the Christ. The truth is that God sent his son in order for us all to have the gift of internal life. The blood of Christ washes away all sin, it is that holy. You have to allow Jesus into your heart, you must accept him as your Saviour because he dided on the cross to prove his love and salvation. It's probably that your first read of the bible was not felt by you because you are hardened by wordily things. Receive the holy spirit brother.

There is only one truth, and the world and it's history are proof. Christians belive in the Christ. That's it.

What truly made me a disbeliever was that even if the God in the Old Testament was real; I would hate the prick.

He's an evil bastard, what with the flood, how he treated Job, some of the rules he gives about things like rape, some of the things he said about Gentiles... the way he stole the Egyptians' slaves (that one was a joke).

I finished the Bible anyways (though I was already pretty familiar with the New Testament from church and Sunday school) and though Jesus is pretty groovy, he didn't quite make up for it and said some pretty unnerving things himself (mostly about slaves).

That's really not what this thread is about though; part of the reason I edited the poem was to try to avoid such interpretations. I thought using Bible verses (especially the one about the new commandment) could help with that, by taking out my personal interpretation of the Bible.

I didn't use the Bible verses as a way of contradiction, but to show: old thought vs. new thought, that there's room for personal interpretation, and being that this is a Christian nation that a lot of stuff that's done in the name of the Lord wouldn't vibe with Jesus. Of course there is room for personal interpretation, but I was kinda trying to avoid yours.

Do you think it would help if instead of putting:

simply put, i think one thing we could or should agree on is when we tell people what is "truth", it becomes a personal self-fulfilling prophecy. unfortunately most of the time it's only that, a personal self-fulfilling prophecy.

religion is absolutely man-made, it is a construct of thought. i don't think you're aware of the words you say, and i don't think most god-believers have a grasp on what having a god would mean. to me, i can say that god exists, but its not a person (especially one that can have a son, heaven forbid a daughter) and the so-called fact that god is "everything" means that there are no set rules one must consciously abide by, nor even realize. if something is truth, you don't need to tell people in an attempt to reassure.

and i'm sorry but it's extremely irrational to say Christianity is not a man-made thing but Catholicism and Lucifer is...

I have a lot to say about this but I'll just say that we do not have the intellect to comprehend God's heavens or anything not of this world. It is simply beyond our ability to grasp. And remember God inspired the bible, he did not write it. It was man. But divinely influenced.

God's flood of the earth was in direct response to the wickedness of man. The same stuff is going on today, man is wicked. All the immorality pasted everywhere, by the majority. Lucifer temps those away from God. That is is mission: To rule the earth better than god. He deceived us from the start, and we are in a conflict of good and evil.

I simply can not express it in words.

Our life on this earth is not finalized at death. We go on.

Meliai there is a God, and Jesus died on the cross for us. There is no question about it. But questions are raised by the religion of Science, where explanations are theorized and tested. Science in its pure form is great. However, major institutions around the world use it to completely grease the wheels of there agenda. It is working to do you harm. Trust me. Science is not even close to what it propagates itself to be across or culutre, in any form of media and in any institution.

A few circles really control what we do and what we ultimantly feel as a mass...and how we fell about issues. They have lied to you.

God is no fairy tale. He is real and loves you. You have been MASSIVELY deceived and mislead by the propaganda of science. Your beliefs are a result of many years of plan and agenda. Believe that. I am not talking down to you. It is the truth.

The world elites and their secret organizations have knowledge kept from us. For all they care we can and should be addicted to pleasure and entertainment forever. As a collective we are so dehumanized and dumbed down. to the point that we exxcept the establishment and their doctrines as complete truth and organic reality. We eveb agree that these elites or 'they' are really for the betterment of humanity. They are not. Virtually everything around you is a lie.

IT is deception. WAKE UP. I know you have questions in your gut and you probably want answers. Start looking, follow your heart. There is something wrong.

I was a staunch atheist two years ago. I have been looking for truth for 10 years and finally it all clicked for me. Praise God for sending to me the holy spirt.
