I hope you're not going to an all you can eat sushi bar.. this weekend I got fucked over when multiple orders that the restaurant claimed to have lost came in right at the end of the meal.

My buddy and I were stuffed, but when you have to pay 1$/piece left over you seem to find a way to shove the food down.

 

I have to be present at the date of the preliminary hearing to submit the motion, normally a lawyer could just do it, but since I'm out on bail I have to be present in court when called to be appeared or else I'm fucked lol.

Also, yes, he says that their basis for the dealing charges are weak at best as they have no tangible proof such as video/photo evidence, or a deal to an undercover or w/e. He also says the prosecuting attorney on the case is a very reasonable woman, and winked, so I think they might be having an affair or something LOLZ. Also, it's being taken care of by 1 of 2 judges, 1 who is very lenient on non-violent drug users, and another who has sons in college which should get me some sympathy.

He said I should be looking at it being dropped to a misdemeanor, with a most likely punishment of unsupervised probation. That would be awesome.

Life's pretty good at the moment. High school is almost over, the drugs are flowing, it's starting to warm up nicely outside and there may even be some LSD in the works for the summer. :2thumbsup:

Next year I'll be hitting up CEGEP, which is a special Quebec program that is basically just 2 years between High School (Grades 7-11) and University. I managed to get into Health Sciences, so I'm going to be looking at some Organic Chem in the near future.

Maybe if I feel up to it I'll leave CEGEP after my first year (which would be the equivalent of finishing grade 12 in most other places), and go somewhere else for University.

If you are who I think you are, I guess this means no more plans to visit Sweden this summer?

And yes this is/no I won't be heading to sweden as I'm no longer getting funding for it. I also no longer get to go see Heather this fall. Damn popo stole 2 grand from me. Not to mention I also didn't get to finish school, and I'm already 14k in school debt too haha. I'll be hitting up the Comm College and seeing if I can get myself into a radiologic technologist program.

Not that the year hasn't been great though. I've smoked over 2lbs of personal chron in about 9 months, which is probably at the top of the list of why it's been awesome. Besides that it was technically free

Hopefully, proceedings atm are for a felony, but it should most likely be dropped to a misdemeanor. Haha I had a higher bail than Birdman when he got busted for 3 ounces, bullshizz. $20,000 LOLWUT.
