I had some for about a year (?) a while ago, and my parents 'made' me brush them out, and now I think back to those days and wish I didn't have to... So, if you love them, DON'T let them go! haha just a random thought.
That's definetly good advice. I've brushed my out before, but in a way i'm kind of glad I did because I get to start fresh with a new method. I hope I never wake up and decide to do that. I want big thick locks.
i'm 7 years in and prob will never brush them out, prob will trim them if I can't manage the length when I'm older but until then, they're gona grow, grow, grow
@ wild-flowers , that's awesome! go for it Are you doing the neglect method? @dreadlockswampy , that's amazing to have them for so long. How long are they now?
I'm talking more about if you feel "forced" to but yeah do whatever makes you feel good Wow! Those are awesome! Congrats
I actually cut mine off around the time I was job hunting, it was a pretty big changing point in my life anyway so it felt right to. Now I've started again! Feels good, man
Not Wishing To Sound Ungrateful, But A Few Days Ago You Posted A Great Pic Of Yourself And Two Friends, With You On The Left Hand Side.... I Can't For The Life Of Me Remember What Part Of These Forums It Was, Perhaps Your Memory Is Better Than Mine.... Cheers Glen.
She prefers a cycle more along the lines of two weeks growth followed by a buzz cut once every year or so.
