how do i get rid of razor burn down there?! i love to shave it, but after 2 days or so it itches soooo bad, and the dreadful razor burn bumps come out. I try to lotion and keep moisturized, but it doesnt seem to really help..... makes me so mad!
I've never had that problem. Do you use a new blade? Have your tried gillette's Venus type of razor...when I don't get waxed I use that one and it works very well.
thats the exact razor i have... does it seem to go away after youve been shaving a while? for instance... does it need to become used to it?
ya i use shaving gel... the only area it bothers me at is the front... not the area between the legs... i tried shaving every other 3rd day, and i ended up cutting myself. i shave up.. tried going down but nothing shaved off.
maybe you should try NOT using that kind of blade. After a while you get used to it I guess, but it is a very large blade head and it bends (which is good for legs- not between 'em!) I would recommend shaving with a good lotion instead of a cream or gel. I use Vaelsine's intensive care healing lotion. works like a charm! and if you still have problems, you can use that bikini line stuff everywhere on the outside.I seen it in Walmart- the stuff that you put on to reduce the redness and bumps of shaving. It really helps reduce razor burn. It's good that you are shaving up, try pulling at the skin the opposite way that you are shaving. It will help remove the hair and you won't have to go over and over the same spot (which is a huge cause of razor burn) Hope this helps!
fucking, go on ebay get one of those permenant hair removal things and do the business. Get the electromagnecti ones or whatever the fuck it is.
oh boy...well first of all, you shouldn't be using any shaving gels or lotions down there...it can disturb the balance of acidity down there (the acidity is natural and prevents infection and bad bacteria from getting out of control). Secondly, you are shaving, which is opening the skin and you are putting chemicals on it which is then absorbed into the body. If you are going to shave, use a simple all natural soap and a razor. Then take a cotton pad and put a little water on it and then a few drops of tea tree oil and go over the area with it. Then apply an natural oil such as olive oil or almond oil, etc. If you are still getting bumps then maybe you shouldn't shave. I shaved for years!! I always got bumps by the second day. I have chosen not to shave anymore and once it got past the prickly stage it is awesome. In the summer i will probably shave the sides or wax them (for the good old bathing suit) but otherwise right now i just keep the pubic hair trimmed. And yes, i do have a boyfriend and he loves it. I actually feel more womanly now. If a boy/man doesn't like you cuz you have pubic hair than he is not worth your time.
i JUST shaved it ALL off for the second time ever today... its not bad... but i cant get the part between my legs!! like... i trim it before i shave but i just cant get rid of that... ALSO the stuff like RIGHT before you "open" your pussy up.. lol does that make sense? any suggestions?
thanks for all the comments and suggestions!! Im sure ill be fine after a while... i really do love the feel after i shave.. just wish it would last longer...
Have you tried like..veet or nair? I don't get itchy or bumps down there when I shave..ah well. I use the venus too..it's the best razor there is!
I found that when i get razor burn it is due to an old razor or i didnt use a moisturizing shaving cream. but to get rid of razor burn is you soak a washcloth in really really hot water ring it out and put it on the razor burn for a few minutes it helps stop the itching and burning.
I've always kinda wondered if you should shave down there if you're gonna have sex and what not cuz the guys go down there and do stuff....
I dont think nair and all that stuff is very good for useage down there ... it says on the bottle in huge letter external use only . i know that its not actually getting IN there but i think like the front part is ok to use nair on but the between the legs part is pretty much all skill with the razor hahaha just practice i think.
