I just found an old pair of scissors I used to trim a plant last August... I left them in my garage outside just sitting on the toolbox...

They're covered with hash and bits of bud and leaves so I'm just wondering if it's gonna be safe to smoke or if it'll be super harsh or something... There's some hairs (human) in it, but I've burned them off by running my lighter over it very quickly so as not to damage the THC...

So is it okay to smoke hash after 10 months of being left out in the open?

Agree should be ok as long as its not been contaminated with anything too nasty from your garage. Hash should have a better life span then bud anyway.

When we leave our cottage, we leave whatever we have leftover from the weekend in a hiding spot for emergencies next time up. Although it's obviously dried and not very fresh tasting but effective.

The taste would be stale and the scent would be quite bitter and hard. Did you say the scissors were lying ON TOP of the tool box? All exposed to the air? I hope that the HAIR were the only things stuck on there and not some animal shit . 10 months left out in the open. A LOT OF things can happen during that time.

Give it a shot, stale hash is perfect for those DIRE cravings. :)
