What pills are these please TELL ME!!!!

My friend gave me 2 pills that are white with a G on one side and the other side a indent triangle with a L 10 please tell me what this is, i think it might be hydromorphone or loratadine. my friend took 1 and he put his hands in boiling hot water but felt nothing and now his nose is bleeding i just took half of one but i also chewed up a concerta earlier at like 1130 so what is this???????
