Its a fact that i work with an old mexican lady in the summer that is the smartest and coolest person i know. She is the one that told me this, and i never ever had a reason not to believe her wisdom. She is the one that told me that toothpaste is bad for you, and she uses baking soda and salt and that's all you really need. I actually need more because i eat alot of sugar, so i use all natural toothpaste (no triclosan no fluoride) She told me about the benefits of olive oil and how she drinks it every day, she brings me cactus to eat, and even brings me indian corn sometimes.
I haven't used toothpaste in over 6 years now... I used to believe in the 'power of olive oil' but after living and experiencing new things, I have come to realize that it is inferior to other more biologically available fats. im not mexican but ill let you know that all the tooth brushing in the world probably wont save your teeth in the long run from the ammount of sugar is sounds like you eat. And even though it is addictively delicious - coffee is still as a whole, no good for you..
Well i try to eat and drink all the things i like whilst still being aware of how bad they are for you, because that's what makes life worth living. Hell i do cocaine sometimes. As long as you stay healthy theres no problem with things like alcohol, coffee, cocaine, opiates as long as its under control. And imo the best fats you can get is from eating raw virgin coconut oil.
Aww tough luck 'Dacre... Beer is made with hops right? Uh-oh, turns out hops contains.... fluoride. ZW
Extracted from The Natural Testosterone Plan by Stephen Harrod Buhner (bold added) Hops is best known for its use in beer. The majority of physicians and men overlook its potent chemicals and do not realize that beer itself can significantly alter the male androgen levels. German beer makers noticed long ago that the young women who picked hops in the fields commonly experienced early menstrual periods. Eventually, researchers discovered the reason – hops is perhaps one of the most powerfully estrogenic plants on Earth. Just 100 grams of hops (about 3.5 ounces) contains anywhere from thirty thousand to three hundred thousand IUs of estrogen, depending on the type of hops. Most of it is the very potent estrogen estradiol. Estradiol, as it is taken into the male body, causes a direct lowering of testosterone levels in the testes and an increase in SHBG levels, which then binds up even more free testosterone in the bloodstream. The estradiol in hops has also been found to directly interfere with the ability of the testes Leydig cells to produce testosterone. The presence of this highly estrogenic substance in beer is not an accident. Prior to the German Beer Purity Act of 1516, beer almost never contained hops. In fact, more than one hundred different plants were used in brewing beer for at least ten thousand years prior to the introduction of hops in the middle ages. For the last thousand years of that period, the most dominant form of “beer” was called gruit, which contained a mixture of yarrow, bog myrtle, and marsh rosemary. These herbs, especially in beer, are sexually and mentally stimulating. (It is rare to become sleepy when drinking un-hopped beers.) The Catholic Church had a monopoly on the production of gruit, but competing merchants and the Protestants worked together to break their monopoly and force the removal of all sexually stimulating herbs from beer. They replaced them with an herb that puts the drinker to sleep and dulls sexual drive in the male. The legislative arguments of the day all hinged on the issue of the stimulating effects of other herbs that were used in beer. A pilsner, for example, was originally a henbane beer (pilsen means “henbane”), which is an incredibly strong, psychoactive beer, used earlier in history by German berserkers before battle. The German Beer Purity Act was, in effect, the first drug control law ever enacted. Waddya think of that, limp-dick beer drinkers of the world?! hahahaha ZW
Doesn't seem like theres that much fluoride in beer, that estrogen thing is something though whats up with that. Fuck i have been drinking beer every day for like 2 years. I am definately cutting back now. And it's not just beer that has estrogen its in all alcohol.
'Dacre buddy, ya gotta pick your poisons... You cut out all the things in life that you enjoy 'cause they are bad for you and you may live longer... or it'll just seem longer! Think about it... You're young anyhow, you shouldn't be worried about your health, you should be worried about gettin' laid and partying... :cheers2: ZW
I believe you *should* be worried about your health while you're young.. If you're not worried about it now, you're going to be worried about it later... haha oh, occasional cock use and drinking beer every day? haha wtf? you're not worried about your health at all.
Yeah, worrying about your health will not only help you live longer, but you will have more energy and be able to do more and think easier. I regret that i diddn't care about my diet before i was 14 or so, i think i would have been alot better. I am completely satisfied how i am now though, especially after all the nutrients i have had the last couple years. Neone, I used to love beer so much, i only had 1 or two beers a day every five days of a week. I felt no drawbacks at all. I only start worrying if something is bad for me if i feel unhealthy. Beer is not that bad unless you have like 4 every day its not good for your liver. But now that it has estrogen, im cutting back because i want to stay manly. I already try not to get involved in fights (unless i drink of course lol).
Your just annoying. No offence. You will be okay drinking tea. Flouride is good for your teeth anyways. Alcohol is just awful for you, it has to be worse than a little flouride. And you like tea dont you? And you wanna live a fulfilled life, dont you? So tonight, you may not drink tea, or tomorrow morning. and tomorrow afternoon you could die. How is that fulfilled if you skipped out on somehting great for a stupid reason? See how this works?
agreed. I think people spaz out a bit too much about flouride.... I filter most of my water anyways, but it is in fact good for your teeth. Everything can or is bad for you. We all die eventually. Drink your damn tea and be happy. Life is far too important to be taken seriously.
fire in the soul here: zombiewolf:wow that was/is an incredible post on beer! this explains why the german men on the suburbs have big guts, go to sleep, have a feminine energy... all those things either point to iodine deficiency, which is created by introducing fluoride and/or bromides into the diet and skin exposure, OR the hops in beer. I got it now. And guess who owns the alcohol production facilities behind the scenes? I'll give you a hint; for canada it's the bronfmans, rothschilds' arm over there running the alcohol business. Same mentality/ideology who were making 'white lightening' to trade with the first nations people for furs etc, fnp really didn't know the difference between one white guy or another, so when they looked upon the devastation of their communities, it resulted many times as a wholesale indiscriminate attack on 'whitey'. It is said, the main-land europe folk culture, which is very german-oriented, and for the spanish and french and italians, share important similarities with the shape of the household.. the culture has been converted over the decades, by killing off the men-folk with wars funded on both sides by the same group of people (FED et al), as with north american states, and replace the martial aspect of life with the State - the Federal Trading Corporation (USA or other Countries owned by the IMF, same s/(t different place, just corporations no different than fast food corps in many ways, with the shareholder being the rothschild crowd). Now you have a dead entity instead of a living one regulating the household, and the man is impotent. And fobbed-off is this idea of liberte egalite fraternite which is a total fraud - the only situation existing is the same one that always has: master-slave, and now, on the physical side, the dead entity the State is the master instead of the living man, and people walk around like zombies. Anyway, I wondered how they pulled all that s/(t off above, because to a large extent, or it should say 'total extent' with very few exceptions (counted on hands and toes), the men-folk both on europe in german cultural areas (several regions) and on north america are useless in the face of the unnatural changes listed above. And... I got it now. Thanks. For my comments on iodine, see a related post here: http://www.hipforums.com/modules/Journal/viewentry.php?journalnoteid=16482#comment16482 where the OP had some iodine-deficiency related symptoms in his cats, and himself from the tone of the original post (there are many such symptoms pointing to the same issue). & the various posters who said 'fluoride is okay in small quantities' and other myths about fluoride: Fluoride was only classed as a 'rat poison' until 1943, by that time, some changes had taken place all throughout north america, concurrent with central banker take-over (the FED): A.M.A., and long before both, the publishing houses (propaganda) to enable both and other changes (wars), as it's not possible to just take over a central banking institution and then push reforms throughout the land designed to disenfranchise people from their own wealth. There must be related chemical and yellow-press attacks, which is precisely the same thing one observes today. Iraq, for instance. Their 'fluoride' is tons of D.U. was dropped on Iraq, Afghanistan and some on eastern europe. The head of the clean-up operation for the military quit, saying 'it can never been cleaned up.' One particle of DU stuck in the body, is equivalent to a chest x-ray every week. Soldiers have thousands, their households have them too: it is a death sentence to serve & a slow painful one to-boot. Fluoride, and bromide. The code has been cracked on that. Don't know about D.U., although ass89les to elbows, there is a relief for it, otherwise it would not have been deployed in the first place. So in relation to tea: the nature of the plant means the older the leaves, the more fluoride in them. And yes you can get a pretty heavy dose of fluoride from sources like brick-tea black tea, the cheapest kind of black tea. White tea has the smallest amounts of fluoride, as the leaves are the youngest, however it also tends to be the most expensive tea. The (east) indians spend a lot of money on de-fluoridation plants: they have the most transparent research about the real, tangible medical problems from fluoride intake. The only other comparable research 'in the west' is older research, before the AMA was formed, and by a very few physicians more preoccupied with people's health than commerce. You can also look on the yahoo group IODINE: there is a search function and a wealth of first-hand reports, unfiltered by the newspeak second-hand propaganda house proprietors. Good luck!
