Was just wandering around the Internet today, doing some research on female anatomy (seriously, I was) and stumbled upon this. Now, I'm not kinky or remotely interested in transgender, but this IS interesting. It's a photograph of a post-surgery male-to-female trans-gender procedure. I wonder: if I were to meet this person, take "her" back to my hotel room, would I notice the difference? I suppose I might notice the scratchy beard growth, but maybe not. I'm particularly fond of giving head to a woman, so where would I start munching? And would penetration feel, um, the same? http://connect.in.com/mons-pubis/ph...is-plastik-1190b3327e247982.html#image_button (Which makes me think back to a one-niter, many years ago. I met a particularly tall young woman in a bar, and she invited me back to her parent's house, which she had to herself for the weekend. I mean, everything was in the right places -- breasts, neck, hips all seemed to be standard female anatomy. But when it came to actual sex, she was extremely tight and there was no natural lubrication. Later, it occurred to me that she wasn't what she appeared to be. I'm sure I would have noticed, but always wondered about that....)
What I want to know is if it feels the same as if they were really a woman? Nerve endings and all? I don't know how people can do that stuff, though...friggen bizarre.
I think if I saw something like what is in the picture, even taking into account bruising, stitches and stuff that are not permanent, I would at the very least ask questions.
If a person is convinced they were born in the wrong body and the depth of their conviction is so deep and pure that they have gone to that extent to recover what they see as their true selves, who are we to doubt/question it? On the other handthey might they might go out of their way to show their appriciation of your unquestioning acceptance of them.
Oh, people get surgeries like that. That's fine as long as that's what they really want. Some people just are born in the wrong "body" I guess.
It's not only transsexuals who have this type of surgery. Certain medical conditions in genetic females such as vaginal agenesis, sometimes also require a neo-vagina (vaginoplasty) to be created via surgery. Some females born with intersex conditions also need to undergo some type of vagina construction surgery. This isnt a procedure exclusively carried out on transsexual individuals, though most people believe that it is.
Poor thing! She's going to have a sore bottom for the next few months. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. It's my understanding that everything is the same after surgery, except for the lubrication, though not getting wet doesn't really mean she is transgendered. Most little ladies who are trans are going to have had laser hair removal on their faces and are taking hormones that lessen hair. The genitals I've seen look pretty standard, and works the same way. GRS is very interesting, and I'd love to work with patients like this.
I would be interested in seeing a picture of one that is say, 6 mos post surgery to get an idea what it really looks like.
Did you hear about the transvestite truckdriver who purchased a Peterbuilt? --------- Couldn't resist!
