    how do you cut back on scalp itch?

    i dunno man, head and shoulders perhaps? i find the itchies come and go.

    rosemary and teatree. you can make rosemary tea and scrub your head with that. its great for dandruff and tonifying the scalp. also consider more healthy oils in your diet.

    I bought some Head & Shoulders itchy scalp stuff the other day and it has worked really well :) I also don't have nearly as much dandruff as before and I feel a lot cleaner. I've only used it once.

    the itching will go away as your scalp chills out and your hair acclimates itself
