I had a shitty day, I was stressed out,overworked, impatiant, tired, easily annoyed, quite the opposite of the average me. Until my body told me, or more likely, FORCED me to go....take a shower. I'm very hygenic, so it wasn't lack of clenliness or anything.. just felt like crap and was totally down. Anyways when I came out of the shower I was happy,hyper, easygoing, and..practicly the opposite of before. Man...I say the fact that humans don't have any instincts anymore is total BS! My body's a genius!!! so I say: feeling depressed? Try a shower....or bath.
but the wet hair sometimes can piss you if it's -10 C outside and you don't want to use a hair dryer or don't have one and you might have to go somewhere. this gives some frustration..
I find a shower is nice but washing my hair really perks me up. Especially, useful when I have cramps. Masturbation is good too. Sometimes better than sex. Well, not necessarily better but equally good yet different. Saje
I used to live next to a creek. I used to jump in the ice cold water at night even in january and then just stand outside and dry off. Always felt like being reborn.
