dieing dreads

    When I die my dreads should i use that color enhancer shampoo they give you in the box?

    Mix the color like you usually would, just don't use the conditioner afterwards.

    Been thinking about putting some colour in my bleached out tips.
    I stopped doing my roots as of Jan 10. Gonna let my grey grow in.
    It's gonna be years of waiting but damn, grey dreads are gonna rock.

    OOooooo! Dready colors are fun! I really want to dye mine like hot pink or somethin, but gotta' wait till everything settles down in my life first. :) Guess I'll just be goin with plain, boring 'ol blonde...

    Grey dreads are gorgeous manservant! Definitely worth the wait, I would say.

    i think it depends on the maturity of your locks. if they're older and you are lightening them, then the bleach may dry them out. if they give you conditioner it won't kill your locks to use a small bit of it. i've done it many times.

    My locks are just babies! I always admire this women in my neighborhood with floor length gray locks!!!
