    My niece who is cool and fun will live in my basement for 2 months.

    They accepted the offer ... it was all good

    and now my bank is giving me a hard time about one thing
    If I can get this straightened out, its all done but its very hard to get straightened because the company it involves doesn't keep accurate records. :(

    I thought it fell through friday but there still is a good chance,

    NEED GOOD ENERGY PLEASE!
