    Hi everybody
I am just struggling to put my words together about it. The "form is emptiness, emptiness is form" is part of Buddhist Sutra Heart. If you have any thoughts share it.
    Thanks

When you behold something it exists in relation to other things. At the outside of all things there is no definition, thus forms are the embodiment of emptiness of definite meaning.

This doesn't mean that forms are empty. Also there is no emptiness. Even sky has molecules and atoms. Even mind has an as of yet unidentifiable form which may become understood through quantum measurement or not.

If you trace the route of any object, it cannot be traced without it's relationship. To fathom all the conceivable relations whereby the noted object or form exists is impossible for the mind. Thus the mind becomes null through such contemplation.

That nullness is as close to emptiness as one can get. If one thus contemplates for a remarkable length of time they may find a nullness to what they previously thought was full of specificity. But is that nullness truely empty?

Perhaps it is just empty of specificity of qualification and quantity. To Buddhists thus, each form is largely representative of formlessness. To Tibetan Buddhists each of the elements - fire, water, etc have both form and yet are formless since they cannot be constrained to a specific shape or time.

    Your thoughts?

    To quote Hunter S. Thompson
"We are all alone, born alone, die alone, and - in spite of True Romance magazines - we shall all someday look back on our lives and see that, in spite of our company, we were alone the whole way. I do not say lonely - at least, not all the time - but essentially, and finally, alone. This is what makes your self-respect so important, and I don't see how you can respect yourself if you must look in the hearts and minds of others for your happiness."
