I used to like whiska's cat biscuts when I was about 4... haven't tried them since though lol...

While i can't go along with eating the meat-based stuff in a can, I have personally sampled Puppy Chow and found it to be completely edible. Dogs have much more sensitive palates than we do, so most dog food tastes rather bland when compared to human fare.

We humans have a lot to learn about what's good for us to eat. Kudos to you for being willing to explore your options! ;-)

 

Me and my friends have tried dog treats before, like these Pup-A-Roni and Beggin strips, uck! they have horrible aftertaste...well the beggin strips at least, the other one is just horrible. :ack2:

The closest thing I’ve ever come to eating dog food was probably SPAM or Dinty Moore Beef Stew which BTW smells exactly like ALPO :ack2:

I tried dog food once and my stomach felt really bad after I ate it. never again.

 

My boyfriend was eating alpo with his dog outside a Wal-Mart and some lady looked at him and puked =D

Have you ever heard of the disorder 'Pica'? It's having an appetite for non-food items or abnormal food ingredients...such as chalk, paper, metal, or flour, salt, raw potatoes...etc. I don't know if dog food is classified under pica but it could be.

But hey, if you like it, go for it!
