Adderall (Amphetamine-Dextroamphetamine Tab 20 MG)

If anyone has experience with using these with opiates, please share your dose you use along with your dose of opiate you use with it. Also its affects on you, if not perscribed, how much you pay, if perscribed, how many do you get a month and what they are perscribed for. Thanks for any help.....!

 

Never personally taken Adderall but I have a friend who used to mix them with 15mg roxi's. He would take 2-3 15's and I think 1-2 of the 10mg adds. Not 100% on the mix, but he would always say the adds would cancel the opiates.

 

Cancel them. Does that make sense.....?

 

One is an upper and one is a downer so yes...

 

I am VERY experienced with mixing opioids and Adderall IR. I find that I usually do about 50mg of Adderall spaced out over an evening with like 45mg Oxy-equivalent (or like 4mg Suboxone). It is a great combination and keeps you from nodding too early.

 

Sweet, i see u didnt mention a possible dose of methadone, any idea with that?

 

And one last thing, I was thinking about how opiates, when we first started taking them that the feeling (buzz) we used to get early on had a speedy feeling to them. Remember the stories of mad house cleaning....etc. So the addition of adderall could be an attempt to get that feeling back....!

 

If you are tolerant, I would say 20mg would be bio-equivalent. It is tricky to equiv. with methadone due to its very individualized pharmacokinetics person-to-person.
