What did everyone think of the debate?

Did it in any way change the way you previously felt that you would vote?

What is your opinion on Elizabeth May not being included?

Are you at least relieved that hockey is not interrupted for the French debate? ;)

The one who I liked the best during the debate I can't even vote for, but as a whole I wasn't too impressed by anyone.
If I had to choose a 'winner' I suppose I would pick Layton.

I was leaning to the Green's heading into the debate and nothing drastic happened for me to change my mind...

If I was french and supported seperating, I would say gilles hands down...

However, that should just be taken as how little I thought of the other three...

harper has had acting lessons apparently, so now he looks like a plastic robot who has had acting lessons... his smile is enough to make any sane person want to puke... (makes insane people want to do more...lol)

jack totally lost me the moment he tried to deny his part in the harper letter... That he actually thought he could get away with saying that... seriously sad...

iggy... well.. fuck him too... lol

If I had to make a choice between those on the stage, I would vote for iggy... but only because he is the only one close enough to stop the cons... If jack wouldn't have tried to slime his way through, and had actually did something outstanding, he could have done wonders with the ndp this time around... However, he didn't...

Elizabeth May not being included... no more then I expected... it will be this bullshit over and over until they get at least one seat... The Green Party themself, still get my vote though.

If I was concerned about the cons winning here, I would vote NDP as they are the ones who usually win here and would be best to beat the cons... however, they (the ndp) won here last time with 56% of the vote, up from the previous elections 50%... and the liberals are usually second....

Oh yeah, as for the hockey thing... they delayed an election debate so a bunch of millionaires could go play with their rubbers....

    Only in Canada....

Many countries would alter election related events around sports. They didn't actually delay the debate, they moved it up one day.

I doubt European countries would put their debates on at the same time of the Champions League, Europa League and National Cups. If they did I would assume most would watch the football (soccer) matches.

It actually doesn't bother me. Although I probably would have watched the French debate anyways, I'm happy they switched it...(I'm a Habs fan)
