I'm new to buying weed, and i asked this guy if he could get me a gram for 10$, he isnt a dealer, just an person i know that knows a dealer, and ive burned with him a few times, so i asked him if he could get me a gram for 10bucks, and this what he said.. "im pretty sure i can but just so you know the more i grab the fatter hte bag is going to be from the guy" what does that mean? is he implying that i should buy more? Help asap please i need to reply back to him..
I think what he is trying to say is that the dealer might skimp you on the weight a little bit if you only buy a gram. I.E. He will give you .7 or .8 grams instead of a gram if you only buy a gram, however if you buy 3.5 grams he will give you the full 3.5 grams. Either that, or he is trying to say that buying more grams of weed will result in you getting a bigger bag of weed, but that should be pretty obvious.
i think it implies that if you buy more, you are more likely to get a little extra. which is probably BS. unless your dealer is your bestest best buddy, you are not getting extra. any time you are buying a small amount, or an amount based on perceived value ($10 worth for example) you can probably expect to get ripped off. what you need to do is find yourself a dealer, and stop going through middlemen. and learn the local prices. just my 2 cents

maybe he means that if you get more, the price goes down per gram. for example, it might be $10/gram but $30/eighth (3.5 grams), so you get a half gram for free pretty much

thats cool, just make sure he gets something out of it, make sure you show him his efforts are appreciated, i mean it is illegal, it shouldent be done for free? well i mean its just curtious ya kno? he thought enough about you to get you the weed, you should think about em enough to give em a bud or something
^^^if he's your buddy and you don't think he's already pinching his own bud out of your bag. i would say don't buy joints, but this is your first time smoking, $5 per doobie or less can be that bad.
I have found with my dealers that if you buy in bulk you pay less therefore your yield is better. For example, the going rate here in Chicago for an eighth is $60.00. So, if you buy an ounce at this rate you would pay $480. Now, when I buy an ounce of the same stuff he only will change me $400.00. So, buying in bulk is better. I don't buy less then an ounce these days. It's kind of like paying for car insurance monthly. You end up paying more in the end. I like to smoke up my friends if they score for me but on the other hand I love to smoke with my dealers as well. If I am willing to share some of mine they usually share some of theres, and sometimes what they smoke is better.
