I'm glad that people are still responding to this thread. LOL So for an update......he admitted (after several months) that he realizes it was hurtful to answer the phone during sex. As several people have commented on here, that incident was really just a symptom of a much deeper problem with communication. A problem that is still there and that we continue to struggle with.
My ex did that with a text message. I got up and went to get in the shower and she wants to ask whats wrong. She gives a piss poor apology after I get out and then we don't do it very much after that whole incident. Fucking phones.
You 2 sat down and talked about it? I think it'll help if u both straight up show that u want to work on that one specific issue. This is yall's relationship and u can make it better as long as you both be honest with each other about it, like what you guys think the problem could be. Anyway, hope it works out
My wife and I have huge commitments outside our relationship. If a call comes in to our house and it is from family, we have to take it. Sometimes, we will continue to have sex while on the phone. It can be quite playful. Other times it comes to a complete hault and everything gets thrown to the side. Family comes first. I talk to my mom several times a day. Everyday. For the last 10 years. Without fail. My wife would never get in the way of that. However, you have other things going on and it does not sound like there is much understanding from your guy. If trivial phone calls shut your sex life off, then it is time to make some very tough choices. You seem to all ready know the questions you need to answer for yourself. Sex should be fun. Keep it fun. My wife and I can laugh while we have sex. joke about and even hold conversations. It is pretty funny. Sometimes it is too much, but we have worked things out as far as that goes.
