When doing any yoga pose in which my hands are placed palm together, they seem to gravitate into this. I saw it in a pic recently, and I had to look through bunches of lists online before I figured out the name. Seems that it supports lungs and the large intestine, but that's all I can learn.

I still can't really work out WHY my hands are doing this. It seems natural and right for me, but strange that it should have just started happening.

    Any thoughts?

Whenever I do certain yoga poses my hands want to do the Vulcan hand sign. Live long and prosper and all the stuff.

When I'm in Warrior pose my hands want to do what you are doing. I figure that it does it because it stabilizes my arms a little better and gives me a focal point when in the pose.

But you might also have magic powers. :2thumbsup:

Lol. Focal point's probably it. If I had magick powers I wouldn't be living where I am. Ick.

Which poses send you Vulcan? I'm curious now.

Any thing that resembles triangle pose. That includes twisting triangle.
