What, if any, licenses are needed to legally produce unregulated, unscheduled synthetic cannabinoids like JWH-081, JWH-250, and JWH-122? Would any of these compounds fall under the Federal Analog Act? I'm a little confused because I know that all the new spice is produced with the still-legal synthetic cannabinoids, and I want to know if production of the actual chemicals is completely legal in the U.S. Thanks

So long as you're making a legal one and it isn't intended for human consumption, sure. Save your self some trouble and find a Chinese lab to do it for you.
Yeah that sounds good, but I've heard of a lot of the JWH from China getting confiscated by ICE, that and import fees, regulations etc. It makes me kinda hesistant... I figure it would be more logical to do it in America, only if it is clearly legal, of course. I have found at least one company in the U.S. doing this right now...I don't know if that means its legal or not but it kinda adds legitimacy considering they are operating openly.
