If I was the girl in the video that briefly comforted the dog, I would be doing a lot more than comforting the dog. fucking assholes man. whats wrong with people... No I think he was alluding to the fact that when slavery ended, uneducated blacks were granted "freedom" under oppresive laws that did nothing to help them get ahead in society. These oppresive laws persisted in the south until the early 70s so if the blacks in the video were southern that means their parents possibly went to a substandard, segregated school and lived out their every day lives completely seperate and unequal from white people. just a quick history lesson. not that it matters.
